Isogenopak is a PVC finishing and protective film for thermal insulation materials. It is often used in heating and hot water installations. With the pre-formed fittings, it is a complete system that can be installed easily, quickly and cost-effectively. The addition to technical installations often results in a substantial increase in thermal efficiency.
In this project, carried out for the company Heilig Mixing Technology B.V. Isolatie Combinatie insulated the steam jackets of two industrial mixers. Because the mixers which are used in mushroom farming must be easy to clean, the insulation plating is entirely made of stainless steel. The rock wool core provides very good thermal insulation, while the heat is retained in the system.
In addition to heat tracing and insulation work at a client's location, Isolatie Combinatie has also created obstructions for passageways and improved a generator exhaust.
